Original completed : February 1970 (初期竣工：1970年2月).

Location : 1 to 4 Semba-chuo, Chuo Ward, Osaka City, Osaka, Japan (所在地：日本国大阪府大阪市中央区船場中央1～4).
Semba Center Building was built in 1970. But tiles on the wall were superannuated. Facade was replaced tile to aluminium in 2015. An unique point is overpass(Hanshin Expressway) on top of building.
