Fea's Petrel
There is some contention regarding the identity of this bird. The barring on the flanks under the wing and grey rump combined with the grey cowl, comparatively similar size to a nearby Black-capped Petrel, and largish bill make me confident this is a Fea's Petrel. The extensive white under wing and brownish tones could be due to a combination of molt and the possibility that this bird is a desertas subspecies, of which birds begin molting May-Sep.
