They're doing WHAT?
Many employers scan Facebook to learn about a possible new employee (does he she/drink, look responsible, etc.). However, what has recently caused an outrage, is the news that some employers are forcing job candidates to hand over their password or friend somebody else in the office, allowing the the company to see details the job candidate had protected by responsibly setting his/her profile to private.
