crystal fields
in this picture you see the small ice crystals that formed on the roof of my golf cabriolet this morning.
i actually just wanted to go some places to get some shots of the surroundings of my hometown, as many things were covered in ice like this (i will post more of them tomorrow).
the name came to my mind as i got other shots of some farmers fields, and this closeup (about 10-20cm distance) reminded me of just that!
each of the chrytals had a maximum length of 3mm.
i'm amazed, as this wasn't a planned shot at all :)
