London Central / General WVL196 (LX05 EZN) on route 89 at Lewisham Station
After the loss of the 257, Bexleyheath took most of its WVLs. With the loss of the 401 and 422 most were withdrawn, but '196-198 are still being used for refurbishment cover, not only for the 132's WVLs, but also for the 89's Es.
I saw all three of them the day I took this. They were very quiet! These are actually really nice buses when they're not roaring like crazy. If only the engineers at Northumberland Park had bothered to do whatever those at BX did.
