West Coast Railways 37518 is seen passing over Corfe Common leading 2Z23 15:19 Wareham - Swanage on a beautiful summers afternoon. This was the first day of public services between Wareham and Swanage, the service operated by West Coast on behalf of Swanage Railway, utilising West Coast traincrew, stock and one loco, which was supplemented by the railway's own main line certified Class 33 No. 33012 'Lt Jenny Lewis RN' at the other end of the set.

NOTE: Taken with the aid of the camera on a pole.
