Machine Features:

Power set-up.

Mounted on 45º angle base.

Main pressure is supplied by (2) 8" bore x 4" stroke cylinders.

Main jaw movement is controlled by a heavy duty gear and rack arrangement insuring square clamping.

Main jaw is with (2) adjusting lead screws and powered by (1) 3/4 HP motor.

Left to right set-up is by positive stop pins tracked along the main jaws.

Side pressure is supplied by (2) 6" x 4" stroke cylinders.

Cylinders are controlled by individual flow control valves for precise clamping speed.

2-hand pneumatic cylinder activation.

 

Capabilities:

Jaws are 2" tall x 7-1/2" wide.
