950001 catches a little evening sun as it approaches Prudhoe with the 2Z08 15:00 Derby RTC to Falkland Storage Sidings working.
At the end of last year Network Rail announced that the 1987 built DMU was going to be replaced by further class 153 units so with this in mind I decided to head out and get a shot of this well travelled unit.
