Tank commander

An unusual, but welcome Saturday extra came in the form of 66795 catches the morning light as it passes the site of the one time Border Counties Junction, with the 6S68 0515 Doncaster Down Decoy to Prestwick B.P.Oil tanks.

 

This appears to be quite an intermittent working, but with little freight on the Tyne Valley line these days it was a welcome addition.
