Summer of 68's
For a few months in the spring and summer of 2018 one of the loco hauled diagrams on the Cumbrian Coast was placed in the hands of top and tailed class 68's, possibly as a result of poor reliability from the 37 fleet.
On the 7th June 68003 and 68017 approach Nethertown with the 2C33 15:31 Barrow-In-Furness to Carlisle. By the time of the RHTT season both diagrams were back in the hands of 37's up until the end of the loco hauled operations on December 28th.
