The Stag's Leap (aka Eaton Lodge.....)

This is the new pub which has been built to replace Eaton Lodge in Rugeley. Whoever thought up the name "The Stag's Leap" must have been out of his (or hers) tree. To local people it will always be Eaton Lodge or "the Lodge", so why change it. Afterall the roundabout where it is situated is known as Eaton Lodge Island. As they say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
