Experiment. I added a second strobe in the foreground of this shot and lowered my ƒ-stop to vary the DOF. Nice! The added light added more dimension to the berries, but perhaps takes the focus off of the forks. I used a flash diffuser to soften the light hitting the berries. The berries were delicious.
