The company expanded operations under Blazefield ownership, when the Sovereign name replaced BTS. In 2003 Transdev acquired the company from Blazefield. Following upheavals in the operations of Transdev-RATP-Veolia, the Sovereign operation came under RATP ownership along with London United.
