Somehow Lothian buses always look good and it pains me as a Glaswegian to admit this. Ian McLean summed it up beautifully in "Buses" magazine in the 1950's when he described the livery as brown. He was taken to task for this by Edinburgers........"didn't he know they were madder?" ...............Well if you say so! Anyway P423KSX was aVolvo Olympian YN2RV / Alexander Royale H51/30D purchased new in October 1996 and fitted with experimental wheel embellishers, which just really set it off.
