A closer look at the deteriorating structure reveals some nice details, so I was getting the focus where it needed to be. That said, I've since switched the camera off of Focus Peaking because it doesn't work as good in color as in b&w. From this test on I'll be using mainly the rangefinder feature to manual focus.
