Also salad not shown. I am usually trying to rush and feed hungry people, So It get's thrown on a plate and not always neatly.

I sometimes wonder what the traditionalist Europeans think about us putting the diifferent foods on the same plate. Well we are what we are. Maybe I should have a word with the "chef" lol. At least I know better haha.
