Sunday:

Restaurante txondorra: pimiento relleno de txangurro en tempura con salsa Americana (pepper stuffed with crab), taco be buey con queso idiazabal y pimiento Verde (beef fillet with idiazabal cheese and green pepper).

Mejillonera: mussels in marinara sauce, patatas bravas,.

 

Monday

Hidalgo 56: Volcan de morcilla con yema, pasas y manzana (volcano of black pudding with egg yolk), Tacos de salmón marinado y ahumado al momento (salmon fillets, marinaded and smoked), ceviche (ceviche with octopus), trufas de queso (cheese truffles), Lasaña de hongos y crema de foie-gras (mushroom lasagne).

 

Tuesday

A fuego Negro: Ballesta fish con alioli negro (fish with black alioli), conejo conajo (rabbit), bacalao al carbón con pepitas de pimiento (coaled cod with pepper pips), Oreja con helado de mole (pigs ear with savoury ice cream)

Bar zeruko: mollejas (sweetbread), cochinillo (suckling pig).

 

Wednesday

La viña: chorizo a la sidra (in cider), croquetta de jamon, canutillo de queso y anchoa (parcel of cheese and anchovy), merluza (hake in batter)

Borda Berri: Pulpo a la plancha con membrillo (grilled octopus with quince), risotto con izabadal, carrilleras de ternera con vino tinto (beef cheeks in red wine), orejas de cerdo con romesco (pigs ears).

 

Thursday

La Vida, bread with goats cheese and jamon, tortilla.

La txuleta: foie a la plancha (grilled foie gras), croquetta con txuleta (chop).

La viña: tarta de queso (cheesecake)

Bar Astelena: parcel of salmon and idiazabal, risotto con arroz negro (black rice)

Atari Gastroteka: solomillo teriyaki (teriyaki steak), brocheta de langostinos (prawn skewer).
