Kloster liquors for crepes Suzette

The waiters are trained in the tableside service and it is almost- 1950’s continental restaurant formal. They do get points off for showing their obvious displeasure when I asked to have the dish removed.

 

Actually I got a little attitude from them a number of times. The ladies went to the rest room just before they brought out the crepes Suzette cart, so I asked them to wait until the group returned. Again, I got shot a really annoyed look.

 

Also, it was difficult from the menu to determine really how big servings were. So I just ordered the smallest sizes (2-3 servings) with plans on ordering more as appropriate. My whole point was to give everyone the tastes of lots of dishes they never had before.

 

So, the staff does get some positive points for providing plates and utensils for a large group so everyone could have a bit of different things.

 

Given my limited Spanish, they were good about explaining to everyone how to eat the fondues.
