Built in 1891, the Warren Building is located in the Ladies’ Mile Historic District. The prominent firm of McKim, Mead, and White designed the seven-story building. Prior to its designation as a landmark, the ground floor store fronts had been altered and the original detail removed. The Superstructures Engineers + Architects worked with the building’s owners and the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to restore and rehabilitate the ground story with a design that reflects the building's historic appearance.
