Please excuse my posts from all over the place. I am going through some old slide scans. I am unsure why I had never posted this before. It reminds me of a most wonderful day of a most wonderful 2 1/2 week road trip vacation. I had the pleasure of corresponding (email) with Chris Mills of the Nova Scotia Lighthouse Protection Society in 2007. I had never written down any of the details about this photo back in 1982. I thought this light was on Cape Breton. Chris set me straight on the lighthouse's location. Chris also informed me that, "The station was destaffed in 1989 and all that remains today is the tower, with some other GPS and helicopter refueling equipment." Thanks again, Chris. I hope you don't mind me quoting from your email.
