Philly PCC streetcar fantrip fun. On the famed Route 23 line on 12th St at Oregon Ave. This was near the south terminus of this long line that ran north-south across much of the city on Germantown Ave. (northern half) and then two parallel one-way streets (11th and 12th) on its southern half.
