PTC 2676 Rte 23 12th St Oregon Ave
PTC 2676 on the famed Route 23 line on 12th St at Oregon Ave, near the south terminus. This long line ran north-south across much of Philadelphia on two parallel (and relatively narrow) one-way streets (11th and 12th) . Date says 5-26-78, but it seems to be earlier based on the autos.
