UP 4104 on Cajon Hill 582 10-13-19
A few more from last weekend's visit of the Big Boy to So Cal. UP 4104 on Cajon, taken from Hill 582. 10-13-19. After watching it go through Summit we figured we we wouldn't be catching up to it again, so we waited to see it pass out of view in the distance. After some time had gone by we realized it had stopped (turned out they were doing a greasing stop), and so we beat it down the road to Hill 582, arriving just in time to catch it slowly moving past as the train got underway again.
