Continuing with the Mt. Washington Cog photos from our 1997 visit, here are three scenes showing an engine shoving its coach up the mountain. These were taken from the descending train at the water stop part way up.
Note that these were taken on the same day as the others in the beautiful sunny Fall weather- Mt. Washington is famous for having completely different weather up on the mountain- in this case a mini blizzard.
