Portland Willamette Shore Trolley 11
For a few years the Willamette Shore Trolley used this neat ex-Portland Traction Brill Master Unit. Currently the line operates with a pair of Tri-Met's Gomaco-built replica Council Crest cars. This is the old SP Red Electric right-of-way, and the heritage trolley operation serves to keep the line active pending a desired upgrade to a full light rail or streetcar operation in the future. The trolley uses a tow-behind generator for power.
Note the "trolley crossing" wig-wag crossing signal
