Muslim Brotherhood's Pro Morsy Rally, Presidential Palace

Following Morsy's decrees, the Muslim Brotherhood has announced a major support rally in front of the Presidential Palace in Heliopolis. The Egyptian President has also delivered a speech to his supporters there.
