Footpeg modification R1200GS

I used this drill stand until the bloody drilling machine crapped out because of over heating and probably burnt isolation on the windings in the engine.

This is some drilling of the right hand side original footpeg.

I drilled 3,5 mm first and then 6,5 mm holes since I'm going to assemble these with galvanized M6 bolts.

The original footpeg is manufactured from a serrated 15 mm bar, 3 mm thickness. I placed the center of the holed symmetrically, i.e. 7,5 mm from top of footpeg. The dimensions between the holes are sort of random though I had in mind that i want a strong footpeg and that I wan't to be able to mount the bold that points outwards from the bike.
