365 : 365 ~ I don't know where we are going....
I started this lovely journey one year ago when I decided to tag along with a group of Fuggers who decided to do 365 Days (some for the first time/some for the second time). I figured doing such a daunting project would be easier if I did it with a group of people I "knew" from other groups.
This project was fun, tiring, inspiring, arduous and in the end managed to teach me a lot about both myself and photography. While I will never be the world's greatest photgrapher I have learned a lot in the past year (and hope to learn tons more) and even I (my toughest critic) am able to see the progression in my photographs.
I don't think I would have been able to complete this project without the support of others on this site. So I would like to thank the following:
I would like to thank Amanda, Carrie, Pete and Mark for "taking me in" and showing me the fun side of Flickr from the get go. They were always quick to help me out and show me around Flickr and they have remained supportive throughout my 365 project.
I would also like to thank Wendy for teaching more about photography than my brain could ever handle. She taught me about 1/1000th of what she knows but that has been enough to keep me busying/practicing for a long time. I am very grateful for her help and she was a major reason why my photography has advanced as much as it has.
I hate to lump everyone together in this next group but this will be a novel if I wrote a testimonial for each of them. These folks stopped by my stream on a regular (if not daily) basis and were kind enough to comment on my photos. For that I am very grateful.....your comments made it that much easier to take a photo everyday. So a big thanks to Tom, Charlie (Crustydolphin), Amanda (Cakeybabes), WinglessAngel, Tuesday, Kelly (CUtiger), Narly, Jimmay (COTU), Cat Klein, MC-1, Bethechange, Un4gtableann, Jeff the Trojan, Trish, Scout, Mez, Maite, The Manilow, MIke B., and Marie (hippiechic).
I apologize profusley if I left you off the list. It is do to my ignorance/short memory and not to the fact that you haven't stopped by my stream. Thanks to you all again and I will see you in your streams.
