Ever dance with the devil by the pale moonlight?

On our first night in Iguazu we had the oppurtunity to take a "full moon tour" in the park. It is only offered 5 nights a month and only if the weather permits. So we jumped at the chance to be one of about 200 people allowed on this tour.

We road the train out to the Falls in the middle of the jungle. Animals where everywhere. 80% of the butterflies in the jungle are nocturnal. It was unreal. Then we walked about a mile out to Garganta del Diablo (the Devil's Throat). All the vital details of the Fall are in my next photo description. And I posted a video too because photos don't do this place justice.

It was an unreal experience. It makes Niagra look like a trickle. It was really really dark....my long exposure lightened this up quite a bit. The best part is on the horizon in the back of this shot there was a lightning storm firing off non-stop. You can see the front/clouds going by. Definitely a top 10 moment in my life.
