DIY PCB Trace
Homemade PCB for tennis ball machine. This circuit will drive the two propulsion motors.
Made with toner transfer method using an iron, PulsarFX transfer paper, and Green TRF. It took a lot of practice to get the tonner transfer right. I first had to figure out that my iron was too hot, then I experimented with the pressure. I ended up standing on the iron to apply my full 175lb weight, 4 times, each 30 seconds, rotating between. Then I rolled the iron and board over a small rolling pin twice. I didn't get the Green TRF working as well, but I didn't have as much time to experiment.
This is a 1oz board, and I tinned it at the end with Liquid Tin.
