August 1st Batch 14 A-B-C

I will process all three of these ferments together. This includes Habanero, Reaper, Scotch Bonnet, Jalapeno, Fresno, and Cyanne Peppers. I will ferment these in salt brine for at least a month. This is the first time I'm using my new venting lids.
