Sous Vide Temperature Controller
The guts of my DIY Sous Vide temperature control box. Convenient for carrying and holds everything inside. Works with any 120V heating appliance such as rice cookers or crock pots.
Inside is a Watlow digital PID temperature controller, solid state relay, platinum PT100 RTD temperature probe, fuses, and two switched 120V outlets. Heatsink for the solid state relay is at the bottom.
