Ice Cream Sandwich?

Aggregate Industries' class 59 locomotive 'Paul A Hammond' at Swindon. As this train approached the station, one of the group of fellow rail enthusiasts on the platform behind me said something about an Ice Cream Sandwich. I wonder if he was referring to the multi-coloured front (blue-white-green-yellow) on this livery?
