C-GEAJ A real old timer on the East Apron built back in 1943 in Oklahoma as a C-47 for the USAAF as 43-48859 it later served with the South Vietnamese AF and the French AF .Converted by Basler in 1998
then just over 10 years later it was involved in a crash landing in Antarctica while transporting spare parts for the cross-country vehicles of a British expedition in Antarctica, The damage to the airframe was substantial but here we are in 2024 and its still going strong
