Day 5 - Travel to Isabela and Creanza de Tortugas - Galapagos 2014

We bid farewell to San Cristobal today. After picking up our packed breakfast from the hotel we headed to the airport early in the morning (flight left at 6:30 am). Since there were 15 of us and the small planes only carried 6 passengers each we went in two batches. In the first batch two planes left (6 and 6 passengers each). One of our planes dropped its passengers off at Isabela, turned around and picked up the remaining three. After we all arrived and had a chance to check into our awesome rooms we walked to the Cerro Colorado Giant Tortoise Breeding center. We walked along a nice boardwalk with iguanas, flamingos, pintail ducks, stilts and interesting vegetation to see. On our return from the breeding center we had lunch and had a free afternoon/evening to explore and get familiarized with the town.
