Hand cut/ ground Crystal Glass tile mosaic on wooden box.

The walnut stain is great.

Any idea what to do about the hardware showing at each of the 4 corners?

I'm thinking about putting some 'L' shaped tiles to cover them up but worry about them being precarious.
