Garlic Studded Baguette

Garlic Studded Baguette using fresh dough from the authors of Artisan

Bread in Five Minutes and Healthy Bread in Five Minutes. I took this shot

right after Liz took the bread out of the oven. Last night we looked at Liz's

photos from her class with author Zoe Francois. She learned to make this

baguette right in class. And it is good!
