Nope! That wasn't kneaded. Now it is.

When I tried to do the first stretch & fold it was clear that there were still bits of flour not fully incorporated. I oiled my hands and the counter and gave it a proper knead.

 

It doesn't seem to look very different in this pic but it definitely is.
