When I got this I thought of all the times I had lost my own integrity as such, by complying to what my peers wanted me to be like and not what I wanted to be. So by saying no to the things we really don't want to do we are displaying true integrity for ourselves. Don't regret anything... Thanks charlie for posing as well.
