InangsParty relleno

the most laborious part of relleno manok (stuffed chicken). you have to separate the entire skin in one piece from the carcass. then remove the carcass, while leaving the wings and drumsticks (as my mom does). then the meat from the carcass is ground up, mixed with various ingredients (my mom does ground pork, raisins, cheese, relish, red peppers, minced onion)...sounds weird, but this is really good!
