14th century Fresco in the Byzantine Church of St. Jason and St. Sosipater, Corfu

The church was once extensively decorated with frescos but these were plastered over and white-washed in 1820, a process which largely destroyed the paintings. This fresco of a prelate with white hair and a curled beard is believed to date to the 14th century.
