Dell Studio Hybrid 140g mini-desktop PC, which comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo T5850 2.16 GHz processor, 3 GB of 800MHz DDR2 and a 250 GB SATA hard drive, running on Windows 7.
The user inserted a USB cable/ device in one of the rear USB ports, braking it and damaging the pins, which were bent and were shorting out the motherboard causing it to hang up when powered on.
