Its Sept 1989 The CNW is entertaining customer's with a lunch-in at Devils lake state Park where they set up tables along the lake and had lunch .The train had came off the wye at Bagger and is coming into the state Park .We took my son Kevin out of school again to teach him about F-units at 7 years .We climbed bluffs to capture this shot
