My First Photo of a Bullfinch
Not much of a photo, unless I claim that a certain arty quality is intentional! It is however the first photograph I have ever taken of a bullfinch, and this is because I've never seen one so close to our house before. He is sitting in the special bush that our bird visitors use for launching themselves onto the feeding pole, and both profJohn and I have spotted a bullfinch on the wire "peanut" feeder (actually filled with suet & mealworm pellets) at least once.
