Time to Party

I used the birthday stamp set by Dare2BArtzy to make this card for my neighbor's daughter. The stars are from a Winnie and Walter set and the sentiment is by My Favorite Things. The circle dies are Sizzix and the stitched rectangle is by Gina Marie. I even pulled out some glitter glue to add a little bit of sparkle.
