Bacalaitos

Last sunday I went to the town of San Sebastian (Festival de La Hamaca) and I mee the owner of The Sabrositos Kiosk who was frying what we call Bacalaitos which are made of salted cod and a mix of flour with different spyces. He travels all around Puerto Rico selling these fritters and some other goodies. These are the biggest ones I ever seeing.
