From Kampot to Kep. In the past a weekend retreat for the Cambodian 'elite', rich summer villas and wonderful views. Abandoned in the early seventies, fought around for a while by the Khmer Rouge and the Vietnamese, and left to nature for a couple of decades. Soon to be 'developed'. We'll have to wait and see how awful it will look.
