My Stolen Pictures and this guy is a thief.

I found a profile that has 100% stolen pics and one of them is mine, a profile called Minialexxx (little man) www.flickr.com/photos/52496231@N06/

 

I have messaged him a year ago and my pic is still there,i did look into having it removed but the process is for serious DMCA or revenge porn,all my pix are copyright to me,what can i do?
