According to the report, on September 3, 2015 at 10 AM, the Chongqing Municipality Yuzhong District Daxigou Police Station released Yang Xingwen who had earlier been captured at the Liberation Monument. Immediately after his capture, the Beibu Xin District police criminally detained him on suspicion of troublemaking.
