The SVS 20-39PCi made my entire system sound better. One listen with this and you could never go back to whatever sub you thought sounded good before. The sound completely envelopes you. It is not directional at all. You will need to secure or pad anything that might rattle in your room. Use the THX sound test subwoofer sweep with this to hear what 20Hz bass truly sounds like.
